AGC’s goals and objectives for the next 3 years
As AGC’s network has grown over the last several years, we’ve needed new tools, systems, and people-power to regularly convene AGC members, centralize accessible information, and effectively and responsibly steward our network’s resources. Following our initial strategic plan, we are now ready to embark on a strategic plan that is action-oriented, with an emphasis on pilot projects, marketing campaigns, technical assistance, and microgrants.

AGC’s first strategic plan marked a major milestone for our organization and network. A primary focus of AGC’s 2022-24 strategic plan was to regularly bring groups of members together to build relationships, co-learn, and better understand the assets, barriers, and opportunities in building a more resilient grainshed in the Midwest.
